In the spirit of good practise, when you are purchasing any services from me, I ask you to confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement below and that you wish to proceed.

These Term and Conditions apply for providing services for foreigners, coaching, language lessons and other products offered on luciekidlesova.cz.

The service provider is Mgr. Lucie Kidlesová, e-mail lucie@luciekidlesova.cz.

The contract about service provision between the service provider and the client is concluded by the order confirmation from the service provider.

The contract between the service provider and the client is concluded in English or Czech language and follows the Czech law.


Personal information or business information supplied by clients for any service provided will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s prior written permission.


Sessions are face to face (venue by mutual agreement) or via Skype (client calls Lucie), unless otherwise agreed. For Skype and telephone sessions the client is responsible for telephoning Lucie at agreed times. Lucie is responsible for ensuring that she is available for consultation at agreed times. If the client doesn’t call or come at agreed times, Lucie will deduct the session from the package purchased. If the client comes or calls late than the agreed time was, the time missed will be part of the consultation so it will be shorter.


Fees must be paid in advance. They should be paid by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise.


If you need to reschedule any meeting, lesson or coaching session, you must provide at least a 24-hour notice. If you do not show up or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, I will deduct the session from the package you purchased. The same rule applies to the experience-based lessons – in this case if your notice must be given at least 2 hours in advance I will gladly offer to reserve a spot for you in an experience-based course of your choice in the following 6 months.

In exceptional circumstances I may need to rearrange the agreed date of the service provided. In those instances, I will also give the client 48 hours’ notice where practical.

For the Coaching Sessions, Language Lessons, or I’m New Here package, you can reschedule the agreed meetings as follows:

  • 6 session package – two sessions can be rescheduled. All sessions must be used within 4 months after purchase.
  • 9 session package – three sessions can be rescheduled. All sessions must be used within 5 months after purchase.
  • 12 session package – four sessions can be rescheduled. All sessions must be used within 6 months after purchase.
  • I’m New Here package: details about rescheduling will be stated once your tailor-made package has been created.

One more important note – as I have the sessions with my clients agreed well in advance and as I only have a limited time availability, if you cancel less than a week then I may not be able to offer you a new date in at least two weeks following.


If you buy any services from me, I make a commitment to reserve enough time for you. This affects the number of clients I can assist. For every yes to one client I usually have to say no to a different one. This is the reason I do not offer any refunds. I value my time as much as I do yours, so I kindly ask you to do the same thing. If you want to make sure that my services are the right fit for you, please order just one initial consultation or a single lesson. Then if you want to order a package, I will gladly deduct what you have already paid from the package price.


In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, I can decide to terminate the service to the client early, refuse service, or be unable to provide further services to the client. In such circumstances the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by Lucie where feasible and will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.
